Job Title: Facade Access Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Façade Access Specialist to join our expanding team of dedicated specialists in Façade Engineering.

As a Façade Access Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, providing expert advice and design expertise on façade access systems, while collaborating with a wide pool of resources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the wider design team to integrate façade access systems into projects.
  • Lead designs to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.
  • Prepare façade access strategy reports at key design stages.
  • Develop Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect site throughout construction to ensure compliance with specifications, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and collaborate directly with clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and available technologies in façade access.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with façade access systems within a consultancy or from a contractor's role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Be competent in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
