Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Strategist to lead our end-to-end product reliability strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure the reliability of our products across all stages of development, from design to manufacturing and field performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and experience leading cross-functional teams. They will be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reliability strategy that ensures the reliability of our products
  • Collaborate with design engineering, R&D, and systems engineering teams to embed reliability into early design stages
  • Partner with operations and quality teams to monitor manufacturing consistency and identify systemic issues
  • Work closely with field service and customer success teams to collect and analyze real-world performance data
  • Own and drive reliability testing programs, including accelerated life testing and statistical reliability validation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • No less than 15 years of experience in product reliability, systems engineering, or product development
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional reliability programs for complex electro-mechanical products
  • Deep knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Weibull analysis, and HALT/HASS
  • Ability to bridge engineering and operational teams to drive measurable product improvements
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with reliability modeling tools and statistical software
