Role Summary:

The Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for guiding the strategic implementation of NextGen technologies tailored to the needs of the telecom customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy focused on NextGen solutions for telecom clients.
  • Implementation Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with telecom clients to identify their specific needs and tailor solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Assessment: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies (such as 5G, AI, IoT) and assess their applicability for client implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support clients in adopting new technologies and processes.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or related roles within the telecom industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing NextGen technologies for telecom clients.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and market trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems.
