Position: Digital Marketing Strategist Experience: 8-10 Years Location: Pune (WFO) Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing strategist with proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in developing and executing strategies across organic and paid channels, primarily in B2 C markets. You will be responsible for driving growth metrics such as app downloads, paid tool sign-ups, and user acquisition through a blend of data-driven and creative strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored for B2 C clients, with a focus on app downloads, tool sign-ups, and customer acquisition. Leverage agency best practices to optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid and organic), ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs. Design and implement high-impact funnels to drive conversions across multiple client accounts. Campaign Management and Optimization: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other key channels, focusing on ROI and budget efficiency. Use A/B testing and iterative strategies to refine campaigns for maximum impact, utilizing data to make real-time optimizations. Regularly review and adjust bid strategies, creative elements, and targeting to ensure high performance across all client campaigns. Organic Growth and SEO: Spearhead SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and increase client visibility, utilizing on-page and off-page tactics. Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with client goals and audience preferences. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify organic growth opportunities for clients and adjust strategies accordingly. User Acquisition and Retention: Drive user acquisition for clients through targeted app download campaigns, including ASO (App Store Optimization). Implement strategies to retain and engage users, increase conversions, and lower churn, using insights from campaign performance. Work on innovative approaches to enhance client app engagement, paid tool sign-ups, and overall conversion metrics. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and Mixpanel to generate insightful reports, presenting data in a clear, actionable format for clients. Provide clients with monthly performance reports, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Track KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and conversion rates to measure success and make data-informed adjustments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with agency teams (design, content, product) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Partner closely with account managers to understand client needs, expectations, and provide strategic insights during review meetings. Support the sales team by offering insights on client pitches and refining marketing strategies to fit unique client objectives. Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years of digital marketing experience within an agency setting, with a strong focus on both organic and paid strategies for B2 C clients. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), ASO tools, and analytics software like Google Analytics. Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving app downloads, paid tool sign-ups, and client growth through multi-channel digital campaigns. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to optimize client campaigns. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple client projects and meeting tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs is advantageous. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Certifications in Google Analytics, PPC, or digital marketing are a plus.
