We are seeking a skilled Digital Innovation Strategist to join our dynamic Digital and Transformation team at Alphanext Technology Solutions. In this role, you will work independently on User Experience initiatives focusing on Functional Analysis, UX Design, and UX Industrialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively across functional areas in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Translate business processes in Manufacturing/Production into robust digital solutions with expertise in areas like Warehouse Management, Plant Management, and Quality Management.
- Maintain and apply UX industrialization standards throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Partner with the UI development team to create efficient testing and validation processes enabling quick feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Independently test solutions to ensure they meet requirements and deliver error-free results.
- Take ownership of your product area, driving periodic verifications and validations to maintain high standards.
- Utilize design thinking and UX principles to enhance the user experience.
- Document procedures for system updates and ongoing maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably IT/Computer Science), Business Administration, Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a strong preference for experience in UX Design, UI Development, and UX Product Management.
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing/Production processes with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and data.
- Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and superior customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office with a strong aptitude for learning and implementing new technologies.
