Ambitious Scrum Master & Business Analyst Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and removing impediments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling, as well as experience with Agile project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  2. Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
  3. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
  4. Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
Business Analyst Duties
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  2. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  3. Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
