As a Program Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their interview preparation needs.
  • Providing personalized guidance on course selection and prerequisites.
  • Communicating product offerings and candidate goals effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout their preparation journey.
  • Tracking progress and offering actionable feedback for improvement.
