Job Title: Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to create impactful visual content that communicates brand values and resonates with target audiences.

  • Conceptualize and design logos and brand identities that reflect the company's essence and connect with the audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends.
  • Design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout is essential for producing engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that engage the target audience.
  • Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW to execute projects.
  • Ensure uniformity of visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 0.5–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered)
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW for quick design tasks
