Job Title:

Visual Communications Specialist

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Fine-tuned communication skills in English for both spoken and written language
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design is mandatory.
  • Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply
Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement creative graphic designs on various projects, utilizing software programs to produce visual content aligned with business goals
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables such as illustrations, brochures/flyers, catalogues & booklets, banners, posters & billboards
  • Collaborate with senior staff members to ensure that the final output meets organisational standards, effectively communicates company values and represents the brand accurately
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within set design parameters
  • Create and maintain in-house publications such as magazines & newspaper ads
  • Develop innovative ideas and concepts for multimedia projects including backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics
  • Edit videos and create brand videos and corporate presentations
  • Utilise a wide range of media and graphic design software to achieve visually appealing and on-brand results
  • Work independently or collaborate with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the organisation
  • Design and implement concepts, graphics, and layouts, including decisions about font styles, images, readability, and audience needs
Education and Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in required desktop publishing tools such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC, along with typography knowledge
