The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative social media video ads for various media formats, working closely with internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production, ensuring timely completion and provide guidance to junior designers in the field of design.
- Lead the design and production of online marketing materials
- Develop and execute a creative strategy for ad campaigns
- Ideate and execute daily graphic and video ads based on client requirements
- Generate weekly research and ideation reports
- Conceptualize and execute ad campaigns creatively
- Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Provide training and guidance to junior designers
- 2+ years of experience in video ad design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong typography and composition skills
- Understands brand guidelines and social media advertisement best practices
- Remote work arrangement available
- Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 06:30 pm working hours
- Immediate hire preferred
