Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Professional to lead our financial operations across Pan India.

This role entails overseeing the entire finance and accounts function, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / Service Tax, statutory compliance, and fixed assets management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting systems, cost and inventory systems, and excellent analytical and reporting skills.

  • Responsibilities include reviewing monthly financial reports, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other compliance documents.
  • Leading procurement to pay, order to cash, Capex management, salary & employee reimbursements.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis and providing cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Expertise in accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of 50 LPA to 80 LPA, depending on experience.

Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and be well-versed with account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, income tax act requirements.

Candidates from any location can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Mumbai.
