Financial Operations Leader:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Operations Leader to oversee the financial functions across multiple businesses.

This individual will serve as a financial backbone, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, implementing robust controls, and providing timely insights to key stakeholders.

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Spearhead the accounts and finance teams across all group companies, fostering collaboration and productivity.
    • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Control:
    • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
    • Manage book closing, ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
    • Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis & Improvement:
    • Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
    • Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms for complete financial and operational visibility.
    • Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
  • Process Enhancement & Standardization:
    • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
    • Prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
