Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to join its leadership team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping financial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. They should have a proven track record of leading financial teams and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and UK regulatory frameworks. Oversee audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors. Present financial performance updates to the board and build relationships across departments.
  • Operational Finance Oversight: Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively. Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting.
  • Technology & Automation: Drive adoption of finance technology tools. Implement automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a distributed finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification. 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of UK accounting practices, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and taxation.
