Senior Paid Advertising Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies that drive measurable ROI and maximize brand awareness.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization of ads, landing pages, and funnels to ensure maximum results.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continued growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.

Work Details

  • Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai (Office-based)
  • Work Timing: Flexible 8-hour shift
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
