Job Title:

Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled experience designer to join our organization and bring world-class digital experiences to life. As an experience designer, you will bridge the gap between design and development, owning the end-to-end product interface journey from user research and prototyping to implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for apps and web platforms.
  • Design icons, illustrations, and scalable vector graphics that enhance the product experience.
  • Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.
  • Develop user-centric designs aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
  • Innovate with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns to elevate user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (design or tech certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 2+ years in UX/UI design for apps and product interfaces.
  • Strong command of Figma for design workflows.
  • Proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to support implementation.
