Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts

As a seasoned finance leader, you will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and managing audits. Your expertise will drive financial reporting and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establishing robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinating and managing internal and external audits and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Reviewing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Working closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance is required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.

Experience in a service industry is preferred. Exposure to international accounting standards or global financial operations is an added advantage.
