Job Title:

Development Research Analyst

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Development Research Analyst. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse development sector projects including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis across domains like education, health, environment, and rural development.

Responsibilities include conducting primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies, supporting policy analysis and research publication development, assisting in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis, preparing research briefs and summary reports, and supporting needs assessment studies and impact evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, MSW, MBA (Rural Management) or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi & Odia.
  • Clear understanding and fluency in Odia language (reading/writing/speaking) is required
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
