Dealmaker Manager

As a key team member, the Dealmaker Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless deal closure. Reporting to the Site Head/Team Leader - Closures, you will work closely with Sales Partners (CPs), CRM teams, and clients to deliver exceptional sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with CPs and brokers to facilitate client closures, ensuring timely updates on lead status and documentation.
  • Attend direct walk-ins and sourced leads at project sites, presenting projects with clarity and conviction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about trends and landscapes.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth booking execution.
  • Train the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates.
  • Track and report team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure.
  • Team management experience in a high-paced sales environment for Managerial position.
