About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our HR and Administration functions. As an HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and administration, including recruitment, payroll, employee records, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, interview candidates, finalize hiring, and manage joining formalities to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.
  2. Attendance and Payroll: Monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves; ensure accurate data for payroll processing to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  3. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain proper records of employees, including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, etc., in accordance with IRIS documentation standards.
  4. Performance Management: Maintain job profiles, define KPIs, support appraisal cycles, and ensure updates in the Performance Management System (PMS) to drive employee growth and development.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and support employee skill enhancement to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  6. Employee Engagement and Support: Organize employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and ensure a healthy, positive workplace environment that promotes employee well-being.
  7. Statutory Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and support ISO/IRIS audits by maintaining accurate records to minimize risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
Administration Tasks
  1. Daily Office Operations: Oversee office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  2. Travel and Transport: Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests to facilitate convenient travel experiences.
  3. Workplace Maintenance: Ensure the office is safe, secure, and fully operational to provide a comfortable and productive workspace.
  4. Petty Cash and Budgeting: Manage petty cash transactions and maintain admin budget records to optimize resource allocation.
  5. Compliance and Insurance: Coordinate with authorities for legal compliance, manage NDAs, and oversee insurance renewals for company assets to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  6. Meetings and Events: Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  7. Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between HR, Admin, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
