ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in India. As a Senior Demand Sales professional, you will be responsible for expanding our net new business across PAN India.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of DSPs, agency, and brand accounts. You will need to showcase consistent forecasting skills when presenting new business opportunities to Executive leadership.

You will conduct high-impact meetings with prospects and clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships both within and across client organizations.

To achieve success, you will work collaboratively with internal teams in India to support your prospective clients better. This role requires a hunter mindset, start-up mentality, and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of DSPs, agency, and brand accounts
  • Conduct high-impact meetings with prospects and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales updates
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, building lasting relationships
  • Develop winning strategies and proposals, collaborating closely with internal teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Ad Tech/Programmatic sales
  • A strong network of contacts at holding companies and independent agencies
  • Ability to meet/exceed revenue targets and consistently deliver results
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic technology
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and influence skills
