Job Title: Technology Infrastructure Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Technology Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and deploying on-premise patching solutions, onboarding Single Sign-On (SSO) applications, and monitoring the health of existing infrastructure. Additionally, they will provide ongoing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SSO infrastructure globally across various regions. The ideal candidate should have experience with troubleshooting using monitoring tools like Splunk and possess strong analytical skills to fine-tune alerts and enable proactive monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deploy on-premise patching solutions.
  • Onboard SSO applications based on business requirements and test them.
  • Provide ongoing L2 and L3 support for SSO infrastructure globally.
  • Troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools like Splunk.
  • Upgrade infrastructure SSL certificates and federation partnership certificates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Strong technical skills in infrastructure management.
  • Experience with SSO solutions, particularly CA SiteMinder.
  • Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Iplanet, IBM HTTP Server, and IIS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
