- Pursuit Development: They will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop effective pursuit strategies.
- Client Engagement: The Client Partner will lead client meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure new business.
- Team Mentoring: They will provide guidance and support to account teams, working closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Sales Pipeline Management: The Client Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Hunting and Farming Experience: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hunting and farming, with a focus on CROs and/or Pharma within the GCC landscape.
- Revenue Target Achievement: They must have a proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets.
- Pursuit Development and Management: The Client Partner will have experience driving large-size proposals and managing complex client relationships.
- Portfolio Management: They will have a strong understanding of portfolio management, with the ability to review sales plans and pipelines with leadership to ensure target achievement.
- Business Environment Knowledge: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the business environment and norms, enabling them to identify opportunities and drive conversions.
- Relationship Building and Management: They will have excellent relationship-building skills, consultative skills, and the ability to manage complex matrix environments.
