Job Title: Deputy/Group Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the General Ledger team.

  1. Ensures the timely completion of month-end and year-end book closing processes for assigned entities.
  2. Analyzes Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Reviews Transfer Pricing arrangements, including underlying transactions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitors intercompany transactions and ensures settlement on a monthly basis.
  5. Reviews SOX controls and approves the checklist on a monthly basis.
  6. Prepares backup documentation for notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements for various audit entities.
  7. Manages statutory audits and provides relevant information to the Legal team for filings with Company houses.
  8. Collaborates with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  9. Optimizes internal processes and controls to improve efficiency.
  10. Ensures compliance with:
  11. Company House and other regulatory filing requirements for various entities as per Local laws.
  12. SOX compliance and internal audits.
