Senior Finance Director

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Finance Director to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will oversee the production of accurate and reliable financial information, ensure compliance with statutory accounts and international standards, and manage working capital and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely and accurate accounting and financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting requirements.
  • Monitor all financial activities, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage and supervise working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with partners' requirements.
  • Communicate with the General Manager and partners regarding fraud and compliance issues.
  • Manage internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
  • Deliver business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare consolidated management reports for senior leadership, including monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks proactively.
  • Control report quality and compliance with partners' requirements.
  • Build the entity's budget with the General Manager and ensure its monitoring.
  • Coach, manage, and develop the finance team to guarantee reliable financial statements.
  • Ensure team members are trained, confident, and up-to-date on finance, accounting regulations, and company policies.
  • Be a business partner for the General Manager in development and optimization projects and communicate efficiently with partners.
  • Serve as a reference for local authorities in scope of responsibilities: financial institutions, legal auditors, and Group internal departments.
  • Monitor financing and related commitments and maintain bank relationships.
