CPQ Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) specialist to join our global team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our CPQ solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, contracts, order management, and finance departments to streamline quote-to-cash processes.
  • Work with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • At least 5 years working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
