**PLC Automation Specialist for Pharma Machinery**

Our organization is seeking a seasoned PLC Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Allen Bradley and other PLCs to spearhead the automation of pharmaceutical machinery.

The role includes programming, commissioning, and validation support for equipment like autoclaves / Sterilizers / dryers, etc. It's an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the development of cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using native and IEC standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems and ensure seamless communication between devices

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of automated systems to ensure compliance with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations

• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions

Requirements:

• Strong background in PLC programming with experience in Allen Bradley and other PLCs

• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA and VFDs, sensors, and understanding of validation protocols

• Familiarity with cGMP compliance and pharma-grade documentation practices

Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.
