Achieve Revenue Excellence as a Sales Development Manager
As a seasoned Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective team management and process optimization.
- Oversee the entire sales development function, including Data Research Assistants (DRAs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team to establish territories, account distribution, and targeting criteria
- Develop and refine sales methodologies specific to accounting software
- Create strategic approaches for different market segments within the accounting sector
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the sales cycle
- Implement best practices for CRM usage and data management in Pipedrive
- Analyze conversion metrics at each stage of the sales process
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive revenue growth through effective team management and process optimization
- Establish a high-performance sales culture
- Define and implement outbound sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals
- Set individual and team KPIs, quotas, and activity metrics
- Develop strategic approaches for different market segments within the accounting sector
- Design and implement sales collateral specific to accounting industry needs
