Senior Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Reporting team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality client reporting solutions and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new workflow approaches and methods.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff members.
- Manage performance priorities and development plans.
- Identify and escalate risk issues, breaches, and suspicious transactions.
Requirements:
- 4-9 years of experience in Client Reporting and Settlements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Cognos, and VBA.
- Experience working with onshore teams and buy-in management.
