Job Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital sales strategy, marketplace dynamics, and operational excellence.

This role involves overseeing and growing brand presence across major e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities include account and brand management, catalog and content optimization, marketing and growth strategy, operations and inventory management, and reporting and analytics.

Prior experience in managing e-commerce accounts is essential, along with strong analytical, strategic, and executional skills.

Ambitious professionals with hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce accounts across various platforms.
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue, visibility, and market share for assigned brands.
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, brand store).
  • Analyze competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage pricing strategy, discounts, and margin optimization.
  • Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising ROI.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and executional skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and operations.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders effectively.
