We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Salary Strategist to lead our team in driving growth, improving client experience, and ensuring the success of our Corporate Salary business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Salary Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on Corporate Salary solutions in the region.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Fulfill strategic goals by focusing on Corporate Account acquisition, targeted approach to specific client segments, and events initiated by senior management.
  • Portfolio Growth: Lead Relationship Managers (RMs) for portfolio growth, focusing on existing large relationships and managing regions' top clients to ensure superior experiences.
  • New Business Initiatives: Induct NTB Premium Corporate relationships and improve client experience across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, profiling, regular contact, client complaints, trouble shooting, and client handover and attrition.
  • Product and Process Development: Provide product and process expertise for sales and service of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, including feedback to program teams for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA, and YBL COC for RMs, working with Human Capital Management (HCM) to ensure recruitment and build team capability to cross-sell products, develop financial planning and advisory expertise, provide learning through joint calls, and ensure positivity and team motivation.
  • Sales Activity and Audit: Process and audit all sales activity online as per organizational processes, capturing and maximizing business opportunities through detailed client profiling as per organizational processes.
