Job Description:

The Corporate Learning Strategist is responsible for driving strategic learning initiatives and building deep domain expertise across the organization.

This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program execution, and governance to enhance workforce capability, domain readiness, and business impact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate learning strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field
