Embedded Systems Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with expertise in voice and machine learning applications. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing embedded software, implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, and deploying machine learning (ML) models on resource-constrained hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize embedded software using C and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like FreeRTOS.
  • Perform board bring-up and hardware-software integration for embedded platforms.
  • Implement DSP/ISP algorithms with a focus on low-power and real-time performance.
  • Port and deploy ML models using TensorFlow Lite Micro or PyTorch on embedded devices.
  • Optimize models for size and performance using quantization and pruning techniques.
  • Debug and optimize multicore applications using Network Processing Units (NPUs) where applicable.
  • Write and maintain linker scripts for GCC, IAR, and ARM toolchains.
  • Design voice-based ML features such as keyword spotting and speech recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware, firmware, and ML integration.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in embedded systems development.
  • Expertise in voice and ML applications.
  • Proficiency in C and RTOS.
  • Familiarity with DSP/ISP algorithms and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with hardware-software integration and board bring-up.
  • Knowledge of linker scripts and compiler optimization.
  • Ability to design and implement voice-based ML features.
