Job Description:

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through chats, managing calls and email-based on demand, identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will also generate revenue by understanding customer needs and upselling other products whenever possible.

As an Operations Support Intern, you will be responsible for handling operations-related tasks, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring timely action of completing tasks. You will also work closely with clients, corporate customers, and internal stakeholders to confirm appointments and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, good typing speed, and proficiency in Excel and presentation skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, be flexible, and adapt to new methods as required. Additionally, you should have a strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning ability.
