
Facility and Admin Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facility and Admin Coordinator.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and administrative activities.
The role involves coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to our PPM schedule. You will also attend Technical Team (TT) calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC and manage energy consumption reading, DG maintenance, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to our PPM schedule.
- Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
- Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
- Manage energy consumption reading and DG maintenance.
Requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation
Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar field
