**JOB DESCRIPTION (Detailed)**:

- Must-Have - PIM Admin, IDQ and good analytical skills
- Good to Have - Knowledge of master data (MDM)

**Experience Required**:

- Investigate and resolve identified issues with Informatica PIM, Integrated PIM Data Quality, Media Manager, and processing (Must to have)
- Experience in Informatica Power Center, IDQ
- Determine root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and Test
- Resolution of import and export job failures, Investigate and resolve integration issues in the imports, exports and internal PIM processing for data feeds
- Code deployments
- Handle any platform issues
- Coordination with Informatica Global Customer Support
- Test and deploy Informatica PIM patches across environments
- Application upgrades/patches / EBFs / Service packs
- Patch updates at server level during weekends

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the triage, estimation, and resolution of reported bugs/defects within the Informatica PIM production configuration
- Investigation and resolution of configuration impacting the design and documented behaviour
- Determine the root cause, advise on fix/resolution options, make necessary configuration changes and unit test in DEV, and ensure successful testing of changes in QA environments
- Execute deployments into all environments
