Job Description

Synopsis:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Partner with functional directors to drive initiatives that deliver business results, focusing on the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) and ensuring high performance standards are met.
  • Design and implement engagement programs, processes, and initiatives that maximize employee effectiveness.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all employees.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong track record of delivering business results through people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle (ELC) for regional employees, ensuring a seamless HR experience.
  • Employee Connect:
  • Conducting skip-level meetings to foster open communication and build relationships.
  • Maintaining regular one-on-one connects with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Cultivating a positive work environment through surveys, welfare programs, and grievance handling.
  • Providing training and education to managers and frontline staff on performance management processes and concepts.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely processing of confirmations and performance appraisals.
  • Collaborating with the technology department to automate HR processes.
  • Overseeing resource management and employee pool management to optimize workforce efficiency.
