Hotel Night Auditor Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the overnight front desk and financial operations, serving as the main point of contact for late-night guests and handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

Key responsibilities include reconciling financial transactions, preparing daily financial reports, and tracking key metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues.

  • Welcome guests warmly and efficiently overnight.
  • Handle reservations and arrange amenities like wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services.
  • Assist VIPs and VVIPs in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner.
  • Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process invoices.
  • Balance cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and verify receipts.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for management.
  • Verify completion of end-of-day tasks by previous shifts.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software is essential.

A minimum 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level is required, along with basic math and accounting skills. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is also necessary.
