Job Description\

Our organization seeks a highly skilled BIM coordinator to join our team. This role requires minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans, as well as other documentation in the project delivery process.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating the overall use of BIM for projects.\
  • Developing and implementing BIM workflows, protocols and standards within the MEP project team.\
  • Analyzing and implementing BIM client requirements and execution plans for BIM deliverables.\
  • Documenting and communicating best practices and workflows.\
  • Serving as the primary contact for BIM-related technical support.\
  • Liaising and coordinating with BIM specialists, modelers and leads.\
  • Managing Revit project production and contents, including standard library objects.\
  • Creating families and modeling with expertise.\
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary models.\
  • Leading and managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit modelers.\
  • Ensuring quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.\
  • Using Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation.\
  • Providing QA/QC before deliverables.\
  • Mentoring project teams on 'Best Practice' workflows as required.\
  • Monitoring team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.\
  • Studying and explaining project models to team members.\
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients in understanding and solving project issues.\
