Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead structural engineering and BIM initiatives.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can guide a team of engineers and modelers, foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet our standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
  • Ensure adherence to industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Conduct design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
