Key to our team's success is a highly skilled BIM Structural Draftsman who can support our structural engineering department by creating accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a solid understanding of construction and detailing standards.

Job Requirements:
  • Prepare precise structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD based on engineering markups and design specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Produce shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
  • Maintain BIM models and update them as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow company BIM standards and ensure compliance with local and international codes.
  • Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other BIM software.
  • Ensure quality control of drafted output and manage drawing revisions.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide input on constructability and detailing issues.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or villa projects an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
