BIM Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to spearhead our organization's Building Information Modeling strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary BIM team and coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Oversight of BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects.
  • Maintenance of national and international BIM standards.
  • Integration of BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Management of BIM software platforms and coordination with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Conduct quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Driving innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Providing training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
