Job Title: Public Sector Liaison Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Government Consultant/Account Manager to drive business development and advisory engagements in the Government and Public Sector domain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in investment promotion, policy implementation, and infrastructure research with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement across central/state departments, PSUs, and industry associations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end government consulting and account management activities across IT, electronics, and infrastructure sectors.

Foster strong relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, and investors to position our organization as a trusted partner.

Conduct policy research, feasibility studies, and sectoral analyses to support decision-making and project development.

Identify and nurture opportunities through tenders, empanelments, and public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives.

Develop presentations, proposals, and communication material for government and PSU engagements.

Maintain MIS dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track policy implementation and project progress.

Stay updated on digital transformation initiatives, procurement guidelines, and sector-specific government schemes.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of experience in government consulting, investment promotion, or infrastructure research.
  • Strong exposure to IT & electronics, urban infrastructure, transport, energy, and water sectors.
  • Proven experience in policy advisory, government liaison, and project facilitation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in consulting firms, government advisory projects, or multilateral agency assignments.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, incentive processing, and investment facilitation.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, prepare market research reports, and deliver actionable insights.
