Job Title: Experienced Operations Manager

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
