Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily functioning of our Virtual Medical Centre. This role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations expertise, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams while ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day centre operations.
  • Manage command centre operations and support for doctors, patients, and paramedics.
  • Audit daily activities to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Coordinate with doctors, patients, and support teams for smooth delivery.

Team & People Management

  • Lead a team of 10–12 across operations, admin, finance, and HR.
  • Mentor, guide, and review team performance.
  • Encourage professional growth and conduct performance reviews.

Administrative, Financial & HR Oversight

  • Supervise scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks.
  • Work with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Ensure payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement are handled smoothly.

Strategic & Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with senior management on growth and expansion.
  • Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
  • Align operations with organizational goals and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Telugu and Hindi will be an added advantage.
