Strengthen the fiction ecosystem by nurturing talent, building scalable IPs, and ensuring high-quality visual and narrative standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate strategies for developing IPs that can travel markets with each identity
- Identify new narratives, spaces, and trends in the markets
- Redefined what India watches, identifying potential projects, and ideating new opportunities for fiction storytelling
This role focuses on driving the development of fiction content, working alongside a talented team to create engaging stories, characters, and visuals.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for strategizing and planning the development of new ideas, evaluating concepts, and collaborating with existing talents across the network.
Cinematic Visual Grammar - Working alongside the team to ensure quality of on-air visuals is cinematic and thus, enhancing the viewer experience.
Requirements:Work Experience: 15+ years in TV/Film content creation, television channels, and production houses. Education Qualification: Post-Graduate in Communications.
