As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the development of non-fiction content that resonates with diverse audiences and enhances brand equity.

The ideal candidate will conceptualise and execute impactful non-fiction shows and events that align with the channel's philosophy and evolve with audience trends.

You will collaborate closely with business and non-fiction teams to drive show selection and achieve targets, as well as formulate strategies for omni-purpose development of IPs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing events and tentpole properties, enabling a creators ecosystem, and identifying cross-market talents to create a hub of writers, directors, technicians, and DOPs.

Required skills and qualifications include 15+ years of experience in TV/Film content creation, television channels, and production houses, along with a Post-Graduate degree in Communications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic leader to drive the vision of Non-Fiction programming by achieving AGP and slot share targets.

The role requires close collaboration with business and non-fiction teams to ideate on show selection and achieve AGP targets.

You will be responsible for formulating strategies for omni-purpose development of IPs that can travel screens and markets.

This includes developing show formats, building IPs, and strengthening the network's market leadership.
