We're seeking a creative and strategic leader to spearhead our fiction programming. If you have a passion for developing market-defining content, nurturing talent, and shaping cinematic storytelling, this role is perfect for you.

About the Role:

  • Fiction Programming Strategy: Develop and implement a vision for Fiction programming that aligns with our channel's philosophy and enhances viewer engagement.
  • Talent Development: Foster a hub of creators, including writers, directors, and technicians, to drive innovation and excellence in storytelling.
  • Cinematic Visual Grammar: Collaborate with our design team to ensure high-quality on-air visuals that captivate audiences worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 15+ years of experience in TV/Film content creation, television channels, and production houses.
  • Post-graduate degree in Communications or a related field.
