
Business Development Salesforce Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Salesforce systems, with a strong focus on technical delivery, data migration, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications;
- Implementing changes in systems and user account settings;
- Performing administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management;
- Maintaining overall Salesforce system, including data loads, backups, and restores;
- Managing dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals;
- Creating and maintaining end-user documentation including internal processes;
- Managing and maintaining third party apps and making recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies;
- Assisting with data migration from other systems as needed;
- Implementing Salesforce updates and relative releases, which includes researching new functional additions to Salesforce through updates and how they might be of use to the ARI instance;
- Managing the maintenance of the Salesforce platform and associated CRM system(s) to ensure data quality and security;
- Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics to monitor all sales activity and results from the Sales teams;
- Actively involved in reviewing, assessing and evaluating 3rd party applications;
- Providing recommendations on best practices and efficient use of Salesforce and other applications to streamline end user and back-office operations;
- Providing Website maintenance and technical support for Salesforce Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case sites; updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; evaluating and integrating new technologies as required;
- Participating in development of other Salesforce administration team members through training, guidance, and sharing of best practices;
- Collaborating and aligning with departmental leadership and Solutions Analysts to ensure effective prioritization, scoping, and execution of projects and tasks;
- Other Salesforce related tasks and projects as assigned by management;
Must Have Skills:
- Lightning experience preferred;
- Experience developing applications from origination through deployment;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat;
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
- Salesforce.com Certification is preferred;
- Knowledge of Salesforce Maps and Sales Navigator is preferred;
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Science Background Preferred);
Communicating:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to listen to request and provide input on how that change will affect (positively or negatively) other aspects of Salesforce and provide alternatives if necessary;
