Senior Automation Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer to fill a key position in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying automation workflows using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator, as well as building Python scripts for data manipulation, API integration, and AI/ML model execution.

  • Develop automation workflows using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Build Python scripts for data manipulation, API integration, and AI/ML model execution.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and other cloud-native services.
  • Use Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for low-code automation and business process optimization.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins for bot deployment and version control.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and web scraping tools to enhance automation capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of total experience in IT with at least 5 years in RPA development, primarily with UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and AI/ML integration.
  • Experience with Azure and AWS services, including serverless computing and cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools for business automation.
  • Proficient in Bitbucket, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with process mining using Celonis is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and integration is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Certifications

The following certifications are highly desirable:

  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  • Python (PCAP or equivalent)
  • Azure/AWS Cloud Fundamentals or Associate-level certifications
  • AI/ML or GenAI-related certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty)
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following technical skills:

  • API integration, data formats, and automation best practices.
