Automation Integration Specialist

This role involves leading the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols to streamline integration processes.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, leveraging expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration.
  • Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with international experts to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration, with hands-on experience in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead distributed teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented approach, with fluency in English and additional language knowledge an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 1-5 years of experience in PLC / SCADA / Industrial Automation & Communication.
